1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Accounts are for a single named individual and may not be shared between engineers or students.

2. Digital products

All products are delivered as digital downloads. Access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed and remains available in your account, including future revisions of the same design.

Design files are provided as reference designs. You remain responsible for verifying suitability, compliance and safety for your own application.

3. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute or publish our source files, Gerbers or course videos, in whole or in part, without written permission.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site and by email to account holders.
