Shipping Policy

Applies to physical products only. Digital products are delivered instantly in your account.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Sri Lanka. Some destinations may be unavailable due to carrier or customs restrictions; you will see this at checkout.

Processing time

• Bare PCBs: typically 3–7 business days before dispatch.
• Assembled boards: typically 7–14 business days, depending on component availability.
• Made-to-order items: as stated on the product page.

Processing time is in addition to transit time. We will tell you if an order will take materially longer.

Delivery estimates

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs handling can add delays outside our control.

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout by destination, weight and method. Any free-shipping threshold will be stated on the product page.

Customs, duties and import taxes

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices and we cannot calculate them in advance. Refusing a parcel to avoid duties does not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Address accuracy

Check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, you may pay to have it re-sent.

Lost or damaged parcels

• Not arrived by the end of the estimated window plus 10 business days: contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
• Damaged in transit: contact us within 7 days with photographs of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund.

Mixed orders

If your order contains both digital and physical items, digital items are available immediately — you do not wait for the physical items to ship.
