Licence Terms

Digital products are licensed, not sold. Neat Labs LLC retains all intellectual property. These Licence Terms form part of our Terms of Service.

Personal Licence

• Use for learning, personal projects and prototypes.
• Fabricate up to 10 boards of the design.
• Modify for your own use.
• Not permitted: commercial sale of products using the design; redistribution of files, modified or not; sharing with others; use by an organisation.

Commercial Licence

• Everything in Personal.
• Use in commercial products, unlimited fabrication quantity.
• Use by one company or organisation.
• Not permitted: reselling or redistributing the design files themselves; sublicensing; offering them as part of a design library or marketplace.

Extended Licence

• Everything in Commercial.
• Redistribute the design as an integrated part of a larger product you supply.
• Not permitted: distributing the files as standalone design files, or in any form where they are the primary value.

Applies to all tiers

• One licence per account. Licences are non-transferable unless we agree in writing.
• Do not remove watermarks, `LICENSE.txt`, or licence notices. They identify the licensee and their removal is a breach.
• Your licence survives cancellation of your account, but ends if terminated for breach.
• Refunded purchases end the licence — you must stop using and delete the files. See our Refund Policy.
• Attribution is not required but is appreciated.
• Free products are licensed under Personal terms unless stated otherwise.

Courses

Course access is a personal, non-transferable right to view. You may not record, download, re-host, publicly perform or share course videos. Certificates are personal and non-transferable.

Enforcement

Redistribution may result in revocation without refund, invalidation of certificates, and legal action. Watermark data allows us to trace a leaked copy to the account it was issued to — see our Privacy Policy.
