Licensing
Licences are granted by Neat Labs LLC ("we", "us"), operator of Circuit Academy. One licence per engineer — ship commercial products with our designs, just don't resell the source files.

Standard single-seat licence
Every purchase includes a licence for one named engineer to use the design files in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including boards you manufacture and sell.
What's allowed
Modify the schematic, layout or firmware; fabricate and sell boards derived from it; use the material internally for training within your own team seat count.
What's not allowed
Redistributing, reselling or open-sourcing the original source files, Gerbers or course videos; publishing them in a shared library; or using them as the basis of a competing template store.
Team and academic licences
Multi-seat licences for companies and discounted licences for universities and student societies are available on request.
Attribution
Attribution is appreciated but not required for commercial hardware. Course material used in teaching must credit Circuit Academy (Neat Labs LLC).
