Refund Policy

Digital products (design files, firmware, libraries)

Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, digital sales are final once downloaded, except as below.

We will replace or fully refund if: files are corrupt, incomplete, or will not open in the stated software; the product is materially different from its description; or you were charged more than once for the same item.

Contact info@circuitacademy.lk within 14 days with details. We will fix it or refund.

Courses

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have watched less than 20% of the course. Beyond either limit, no refund is due, except where a technical fault we cannot resolve prevents access.

Physical products

• 14 days from delivery to request a return, if unused and in original condition.
• Assembled boards cannot be returned once powered on or modified.
• Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
• Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
• Faulty or damaged on arrival: contact us within 7 days with photographs. We will replace or refund, including shipping.

EU / UK consumers

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content you agree to receive immediately, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this right — confirmed by the checkbox at checkout. For physical goods, the 14-day right applies from delivery.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go to the original payment method. Card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Access to refunded items is removed — courses, downloads and licence keys. A refund also ends the licence granted under our Licence Terms.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
