Refund Policy
Digital files can't be returned, so Neat Labs LLC ("we", "us"), operator of Circuit Academy, judges refunds on whether the product did what we said it would.

14-day window
Request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the files are faulty, incomplete, or materially different from the product description.
What we usually refund
Corrupted or missing files that we cannot replace, duplicate purchases, and designs whose published manufacturing specifications turn out to be wrong.
What we usually don't refund
Change of mind after downloading, incompatibility with a tool version listed as unsupported, or a fab declining a process that our specifications clearly flagged as advanced.
Courses
Course purchases are refundable within 14 days if you have watched less than 20% of the material.
How to request
Email info@circuitacademy.lk with your order number and a short description. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
