3. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied, but we must also protect our instructors from content piracy.

  • 14-Day Window: Students may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase.

  • Consumption Limit: To prevent users from watching an entire course and then asking for a refund, requests will be denied if:

    1. The student has viewed more than 20% of the course content.

    2. The student has downloaded any provided resource files or templates.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. For bank transfers, the user must provide valid bank account details matching their registered name. Processing may take 5-10 working days.

  • Technical Issues: If you cannot access a course due to a technical fault on our end, and we cannot fix it within 72 hours, a full refund will be issued regardless of the 20% limit.

  • Promotions: Courses purchased during “Flash Sales” or using special discount codes may be ineligible for refunds.
